Orlin AI

Orlin AI is a deployed website for an AI automation agency focused on real estate workflows. It presents automation services, explains the offer clearly, supports checkout-oriented flows, and moves users toward onboarding after purchase or inquiry.

Real estate lead handling is time-sensitive. If a lead submits interest and the follow-up is late, the opportunity cools down quickly. The website needed to communicate automation value without becoming a generic AI landing page with too much confidence and too little system logic.

The project uses a React frontend with dynamic routing for service pages, Firebase deployment, and checkout/onboarding flows wired around user intent. The site structure separates service discovery, conversion actions, and post-purchase handoff so the user journey stays understandable.

The AI positioning is grounded around lead qualification and automation workflows rather than vague AI magic. Frontend routing and state flow were important because checkout and onboarding cannot behave like disconnected pages.

The main challenge was keeping the journey coherent across many service pages and checkout states. When routing gets too loose, users land somewhere, click something, and the system forgets what they were trying to buy. That is not premium; that is confusion with gradients.

I structured the site around specific service routes and a clearer onboarding path. Firebase hosting was used for reliable deployment, and the frontend was organized to keep conversion actions close to the context that triggered them.

The final site gives Orlin AI a live, focused web presence for explaining automation services, moving users through service discovery, and supporting a cleaner checkout-to-onboarding flow.
